Application Guidelines

  • Please submit one application for each business. (Children working as a group may submit one application with up to two children’s info.)

  • The competition will be judged in the following THREE age categories: Ages 6-9, 10-12, and 13-16.

  • If children of different age groups prepare a booth together, they will be judged in the age group of the oldest participant.

  • There will be NO soliciting personal/individual business sponsors for your child's product.

  • Please note that you may help your child fill out the booth application, but depending on their age, they are expected to do as much as possible by themselves.

  • We will notify accepted applicants within 48 hours.

  • After application submission, we will be collecting a $25 "Vendor Fee" for all businesses.

*If your application is accepted, this fee is non-refundable. In case of circumstances preventing you from attending, you will be placed at the top of the list for the next fair. This payment will be fully credited towards that entry upon future acceptance. If your application is denied, you'll have the chance to correct any reason for denial OR request a refund (which will be fully refunded within 24 hours).
